ABOUT ME......
I am a Dorset based creative, documentary photographer experienced in story telling through pictures! I shoot journalistic and artistic pictures and my style is relaxed and informal.
I hold a First Class Degree in Photojournalism from the University of The Arts Londonwhich is where I learnt the art of creative storytelling with pictures; I have been photographing weddings for a number of years and I count myself lucky to be doing a job that I love.
Whilst I've always loved photography, it wasn't until a few years ago that I realised what I really get excited about is capturing those spontaneous and significant moments that make up our lives - those moments that can’t be rewound or paused. And when I dig a little deeper I’m also fascinated by the relationships and interactions we have with each other, which is why I’ve always preferred taking natural, honest images that are a reflection of our real selves..
For me, the most important part of photography is to make you feel something when you look through your wedding photographs.
I am much more about capturing the essence of the people I shoot than trying to create formal or posed pictures.
For me its the most wonderful feeling providing people with a collection of amazing memories, and I love being able to hand over a completed collection of images that features a truly amazing time in your life.
Whilst I love all things weddings, a big part of my life is travelling with my camera, as I love exploring new countries, embracing new cultures and capturing the lives of the people I meet along the way.
